- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The questions on the form I had to fill out were. Are you gay? Are you straight? Were you born a man or a women? Are you married to the same sex as yourself? Are you transgender? Are you a lesbian? Are you a straight white male? This place is more concerned with who you are having sex with than they are about your medical condition. I am disabled and quoted a price of $375.00 for a tooth extraction. Sliding scale fee my *ss. Very rude staff, almost as if they were biased against white straight males and this is the way they made me feel and what I took from the whole experience. Called another dentist and got a quote for $165.00 tooth extraction. This place is sexist and racist and will discriminate against you if your are wrong sex or race or straight, do not go here.
